Greetings To All Family, Extended Family, Relations, Friends and Supporters of Wainer Woods.

At the Woods we have just recently done the first stages of clearing invasive species and brush from the event field and roadway and need a hand clearing out debris such as metal, plastic, paper and glass after 50 years of overgrowth and plant matter have been removed !!!

We would love for you to come see what we are up to. We will supply the bags for cleanup. If you would like to join us please bring gloves, and if you have a rake that could be useful as well.

For those unfamiliar, Wainer Woods is a 50 acre property on Drift Road in Westport MA where the Indigenous American aspects of forestry, farming and foraging can be taught to all who are interested.

Chief Two Running Elk, a descendent of Westport historical figures Paul Cuffe and Michael Wainer is diligently working to revivify the farm that has been in his family since 1799.
